Tracy maintains a large paediatric practice treating common concerns like: bedwetting, growth concerns, nutritional deficiencies, behavioural issues, learning challenges, skin concerns, and digestive disturbances. To address these concerns, she uses safe and effective homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, and herbal remedies. Like adults, children can be affected by the ups and downs of daily stress and emotions, and an accumulation of these concerns can promote physical changes in the body.
She uses Auricular Medicine; a non invasive energetic tool to help her identify imbalances in the body that impede healing. Using the assessment of the radial pulse, Tracy has been trained to recognize changes in the rate and rhythm of the pulse; as in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which provides her with unique information about the individual she is testing. She will allow this technique to establish a specific treatment plan that matches each individual. For example, she can use this technique to assess which brand of supplement to prescribe and the specific dose that’s right for each individual. No machines are used, and the treatment is performed in a relaxed setting.
Her mind-body approach to healing is also helpful for addressing stress-induced concerns like: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and depression, multiple sclerosis, ADD/ADHD, autism, speech and motor impairments, and special needs individuals.
In addition, Tracy believes in being mindful and successfully teaches her patients how to incorporate this into their busy lives.
Tracy serves as the clinic lead naturopathic doctor and is its Director. She is certified by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy Naturopathy and an active member of both The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and The Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
