Tracy Pan ND, BSc

Naturopathic Doctor, Practice Director

ANXIETY & STRESS MANAGEMENT · CHILDREN’S HEALTH

Tracy maintains a large Family practice, focusing on Stress and Anxiety management, Childhood health concerns, and medical mysteries. Tracy uses an energetic technique called Auricular Medicine; a non-invasive tool to help identify imbalances in the body, and determine which foods and or supplements (brand and dose) that will be the most effective or harmful in an individual; all factors that play an important role in our progress to heal. Through the feel of her pulse, she can access what your body wants us to know, and guide you through a deep healing. Food sensitivities can also be identified through this method, and is included in the visit. It’s similar to muscle testing, or applied kinesiology and is fascinating. Tracy has been trained to recognize changes in the rate and rhythm of the pulse; as in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which provides her with unique information about the individual she is testing. There are no machines, and the treatment is performed in a very relaxed setting.

Tracy is also trained in Holistic Counseling, a form of counseling that considers our past, how it affects our physical bodies, whether it repeats as a pattern in our current lives, and how we can release this. In this approach, Tracy observes the dialogue, and body cues that come with sharing your story. This experience is very helpful in re-framing old patterns and beliefs, eventually leading to an awareness that is truly healing.

Her mind-body approach to healing is helpful for addressing stress-induced concerns like: High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Diabetes, Auto-immunity, Obesity, Hormonal imbalances, Anxiety and Depression, Multiple sclerosis, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Speech and motor impairments, and Night terrors, just to name a few. With each visit, individuals are taught strategies to help reduce stress and how to incorporate them into their busy lives. Strategies include a variety of breathing exercises, visualizations, and guided meditation.

Tracy also serves as Doctors Naturae’s Practice Director. She is a member of The College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and is an active member of both The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and The Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
